3 -Hour Class (approx) Woodfired ovens have become very popular now. When I built mine, it was an exploration of how to use it and how to cook in it. I burned a lot of pizza. It was a lot of practice and learning to get things right. Then, to host a fun pizza party without me being stressed and it being a lot of work (or having the oven go cold or get too hot!). Now that years have passed and I have years of practice in the oven, I want to teach my knowledge to you. No more guessing, and a lot less burnt pizza! HOME Oven Ciabatta Classes$650 total price for a maximum of up to 4 people -
4-Hour Class (approx) **Class takes place in the comfort of your own home** One of the most popular and admired Italian breads. The word ciabatta literally translates to the word "slipper", which the bread gets from its flat, long shape. Beloved by most, it has a very open crumb structure and complimentary crust. Perfect for sandwiches and a strong supporter of fresh olive oil. Ciabatta is made with a very wet, high-hydrated dough. It can be tricky and sometimes frustrating to work with, unless you. know the tricks. In our ciabatta class, we teach the basics of ciabatta preparation and provide 2 other options of what can be made with the same dough. You'll learn to formulate, shape, and bake ciabatta. HOME Oven Focaccia Classes$650 total price for a maximum of up to 6 people -
4-Hour Class (approx) **Class takes place in the comfort of your own home** Sicilian sfincione was the first pizza I was ever taught to make. My grandmother Agatha, used to make it every holiday, and we still make it today... it's a favorite and a must for our family gatherings. Sfincione, is a thick and light, pan-baked pizza. It is topped with a tomato and green onion sauce, and topped with hard cheeses and breadcrumbs. This pizza is a must for those interested in focaccia. In our focaccia class, we teach the basics of focaccia preparation and how to create different flavors that appeal to you. The result will be a light and soft inside, with lots of textures and flavors on the bottom and top. You'll learn to formulate, make, and shape focaccia dough. We will design the class and flavors for your tastes and skill level, making sure that you have fun, and learn all that you want.
